Car And Train Collision : RAW
WXXV has obtained video of the car and train collision Tuesday night in Biloxi. In the surveillance video given to WXXV by Murphy’s Roofing Supply you see a car at the top left of the screen attempting to cross the tracks.
A Biloxi Police officer was in the process of conducting a traffic stop on the north side of the railroad tracks near Esters Boulevard when a CSX Train, traveling east, collided with a car traveling south. The crash caused the car to spin out of control and hit the police car, as well as the car stopped in front of it. The woman driving the car that crossed the tracks was the only person injured during the chain of events. She did not suffer life-threatening injuries.
