Brussels Update

A key suspect in the attacks on Brussels has been arrested.

Najim Laachraoui (na-hem lah-kra-ooh) is thought to be the man on the right in a CCTV image taken before the Zaventem airport attack.

Two of the other attackers have been named brothers Khalid and Brahim El-bakraoui.

Brussels airport is under high security today. A day after two bomb blasts struck the transport hub on the outskirts of the Belgian capital.

Tuesday’s attack was the first of two as an explosion later rocked the city’s metro, with the total death toll reaching at least 31 with more than 200 injured.

ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack which took place four days after the arrest of a prime suspect in the November Paris attacks.
