Bond set for men accused of carjacking in Biloxi

A Harrison County judge has set bond for the two men accused of kidnapping and carjacking over the weekend.
Authorities arrested 26-year-old Colton James Delaughter and 23-year-old William Jason Stockstill, both of Picayune, for allegedly stealing a victim’s car in downtown Biloxi. Police say the victims were driven to Bay St. Louis and were forced by the men to withdraw money from an ATM. The victims were then left on the side of the road. Police tell News 25 when the men approached the victims they were armed.
Delaughter and Stockstill are charged with two counts of kidnapping and one count of carjacking. Their bonds were set at $750,000.
