Bomb threat at Ocean Springs Middle School

For the third time in two weeks, another coast school had to deal with a bomb threat. Students, faculty and staff at Ocean Springs Middle School were evacuated Monday morning, when the school received reports of a bomb threat. Fortunately, no bomb was found and students were able to return to class.

Last week, D’iberville and St. Martin high schools both experienced the same thing when bomb threats were received by the schools.

These two prior events prompted Ocean Springs Middle School principal, Adelle Register, to have a plan in place for a similar situation at her school.
