Biloxi Shuckers release 2021 schedule

From Schooner’s Landing Golf Experience to live batting practice, MGM Park has been home to a lot of different things in the almost 600 days in between games for the Biloxi Shuckers.

After losing their entire 2020 season due to COVID-19, they finally have their first opening day in two years.

First pitch on May 4th at the home of the Birmingham Barons and then mark your calendars for May 11th as the Shuckers return to Biloxi for their home opener against the Mississippi Braves.

Overall, the Shuckers will play 120 games down from the usual 140 culminating with a September 19th regular season finale.

Formerly a member of the Southern League, the Shuckers are a part of the new AA south with seven other teams of which they’ll play six of them this season.

Thirty of their games against the M-Braves and Pensacola Blue Wahoos, 24 against the Montgomery Biscuits, 12 against the Barons, Tennessee Smokies and Rocket City Trash Pandas, and none against the Chattanooga Lookouts.

All series will be six games played Tuesday through Sunday with Monday serving as every team’s off-day.
