Biloxi man sentenced for sexual battery of a child and child exploitation
BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- A Biloxi man will spend 80 years behind bars after being convicted of sexually abusing multiple girls and possessing child pornography.
Forty-two-year-old Aaron Costa will not be eligible for early release or parole after pleading guilty to sexual battery and child exploitation last week.
The investigation began in August 2024 after a nine-year-old girl reported that she had been abused by Costa over the course of two years.
During the course of the investigation into this abuse, police also discovered child porn in Costa’s possession on his electronic devices and a second crime victim came forward, detailing four years of sexual abuse by Costa.
Costa will serve his sentence in MDOC custody.
