Biloxi man charged in case of kidnapping juvenile, sexual battery of a minor
A Biloxi man is charged having sex with a juvenile and then refusing to let the child leave the premises.
Biloxi Police on Monday arrested Calvin Jaquarious Williams, 25, on charges of kidnapping and sexual battery of a person under 15 after receiving a complaint and investigating.
According to a press release from the Biloxi Police Department, Williams took a juvenile from school to his residence in Biloxi. While there, police say Williams allegedly had sexual relations with the child, then refused to let them leave.
The incident was reported March 1 near the 200 block of Stennis Avenue.
Williams was taken to Harrison County jail, where he is being held on $200,000 bond set by Justice Judge Albert Fountain.
The investigation is ongoing.
