Biloxi Main Street Community Market Festival

Due to flooding under the interstate, Biloxi Main Street had to scale back, but that didn’t stop them from hosting their downtown community market festival series.

People came out to enjoy the many market vendors, entertainment by Gram Rea, and hourly giveaways. Market vendors had snowballs, goat soap, plants, fruits, and veggies.

A booth was also set up for those interested in registering to vote.

Biloxi Main Street Executive Director Kay Miller says hosting the festival is a great way to help out local farmers and businesses. “Every year and this is our first time back, we do this usually five times a year, just to show people what the farmers market is about and add a little entertainment and food and different vendors to it.”

Biloxi Main Street will host another downtown community market festival in September. If you would like to be a vendor, contact 228-435-6339.
