Biloxi Infrastructure Plan

The construction on Pass Road and Eisenhower in Biloxi wrapped up but the city has plans for many more road work projects.
During the Breakfast with the Mayor event, Biloxi Mayor FoFo Gilich outlined the infrastructure plan for roads south of the railroad. City officials say they will have more control over this project and not allow contractors to take over large areas, which gave residents major headaches.
The construction from the interstate going through downtown Biloxi to Point Cadet cost the city $117 million and is one of the largest projects the city has seen in years.
