Biloxi Football: Elijah Sabbatini offered by West Virginia

The high school football offseason has been a showing out party for Biloxi’s Elijah Sabbatini who pulled in yet another big time offer on Tuesday from West Virginia.

That’s his third Power Five offer, his 12th Division I FBS offer, and his 17th offer overall.

Sabbatini tells News 25 he’s being recruited as a wide receiver, defensive back, and athlete, leading up to his senior season with the Indians.

His career stats on varsity explain the wide range of offers, starting on defense with 182 total tackles, 10 tackles for loss, three sacks, four picks and two forced fumbles.

Then on offense, 132 rushing yards, two rushing touchdowns, 266 receiving yards, and three receiving touchdowns.
