Biloxi Firefighters rescue residents, pets in Woolmarket flooding
BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- The Biloxi Fire Department is sharing details about their rescues last week.
Friday morning, crews responded to flooding in the Woolmarket area. There they safely rescued 12 residents, nine dogs, two birds, and a cat.
The crews say that despite currents and conditions, firefighters successfully evacuated everyone without injury.
