Biloxi Baseball and Ken Young fire back at Tim Bennett

Biloxi Baseball and Biloxi Shuckers owner Ken Young wants Overtime Sports and part owner Tim Bennett out.
According to a lawsuit filed in Harrison County Chancery Court, Ken Young responded to Bennett’s lawsuit to deny claims he is interfering with events at MGM Park. In the lawsuit, Young claims Bennett and Overtime Sports owe Biloxi Baseball money and have overstepped their boundaries at the stadium.
The lawsuit details complaints saying Overtime Sports has been disorganized, unprofessional, and not well managed. Tim Bennett’s attorney Tim Holleman said, “We’re here to benefit the community to bring events other than baseball. I mean, the whole support of this baseball stadium was not just baseball. It was intended to have other events and that’s Overtime Sports job under the agreement between the parties and that’s what Overtime Sports wants to do.”
Young’s attorney wants Biloxi Baseball or the city to manage and approve outside events at MGM Park rather than Overtime Sports until a trial is held.
