Bethesda Free Health Clinic offering free telehealth services

Well the doors may be closed currently as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact the state, but one local clinic is still finding ways to reach out to patients with medical needs during this time.

The Bethesda Free Health Clinic in Ocean Springs is providing patients with health information and helping people, especially those with chronic illnesses get their prescriptions refilled during this time.

Clinic officials also have a list of providers they can refer you to for other specific questions.

Executive Director Mary Buffington says it’s the clinics goal to help the public with those other health issues they may have during this time. “We do know that there’s a lot of other health issues that people are very afraid, they don’t know where to go, what to do. We’re going to try and help you and if we can’t help you we’re going to see if we can find where you need to go, somewhere other than an emergency room.”

To reach out to the Bethesda Free Health Clinic call 228-818-9191. If no one answers leave your name and number and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
