Bet MGM Sportsbook is ready for March Madness

The March Madness Tournament tips off tomorrow with the round of 64 and sportsbooks and bettors alike are ready for all the action.

It is a single elimination tournament featuring 68 teams and seven rounds of college basketball.

Bet MGM is expecting a huge turnout for the big dance.

The sportsbook located inside the Beau Rivage Casino has already seen some pretty big bets being placed by one popular gambler. Sportsbook Manager Carl Johnson said, “You know Mattress Mack came in a few months ago and bet $500,000 at 10 to 1 on the Houston Cougars so that’ll be a $5 million payout if they win.”

Johnson says the first week of March Madness is like four Super Bowls which makes this event feel like Christmas for sports bettors.
