Bella Hotel construction is almost finished in Biloxi
After announcing a luxury boutique hotel was opening in Downtown Biloxi last year, the Bella is getting closer to being finished.
Named after owner Ivan Spinner’s daughter, Bella, the hotel now has walls up, doors attached, and flooring down.
Slowly, but surely the Bella is being fixed from the ground up to perfection.
While upstairs is finishing up, all attention is now focused on the exterior of the building and a café inside.
A large red sculpture and other signage was placed out front for final touches. The Parisian café will be serving breakfast and lunch. Café Co-Owner Scott Plauche said, “It’s not really changing what the cuisine is down here. We’re going to use a lot of the same ingredients. Some French influence from South Louisiana. So, you’re still going to get that creole food and Cajun food. Hopefully, people will come in and see what we’re doing. Get excited about eating a little cleaner and a little bit more fresh.”
Spinner said, “Really excited to show everybody, bringing a different kind of experience to the Coast.”
The Bella is expected to open in July or August this year.
