Back To School Hair Cuts

Happening this afternoon in Biloxi city leaders is teaming up with Razor Sharp Cuts on Judge Sekul Avenue to help kids get ready to go back to school. Free haircuts will be available from 2 until 6 this evening and those who come out can also pick up some free school supplies.
