Axe throwing is back in Biloxi

Many local businesses have been hit hard by the coronavirus pandemic. Skal Axe Throwing in Biloxi is no exception.

The new business was open for eight weeks before they had to shut down for two months.

Although Skal Axe Throwing had to close for as long as the business had been up and running, they have kept a positive attitude and during the shutdown focused on serving their customers food and drinks from their kitchen and bar.

But now, they have axe throwing, their main attraction, back open to the public. They have been implementing new sanitary procedures like only allowing one group per lane and each person gets their own axe to throw. Skal Axe Throwing Owner Daniel McNatt said, “The ones that are coming are just really grateful to have an outlet now and a change of scenery besides their living room after a few months of being stuck there. They have just been incredible. All of our guests have been so thankful that we are here and we are back and that are glad to have that outlet to have a drink and relax and maybe get some of that aggression out from all of the craziness that the world has turned into lately.”

If you would like to throw axes go to to reserve your time. Groups have to be kept under six due to social distancing guidelines.
