Arrested on a warrant for alleged aggravated DUI causing death

The Biloxi Police Department arrested 29-year-old Eric Michel Dairy of Mobile AL on a warrant for alleged aggravated DUI causing death.

The arrest was the result of a reported motor vehicle crash located in the 900 block of Beach BL, where a passenger in the vehicle succumbed to their injuries. Evidence collected and statements obtained during the course of this investigation assisted the Biloxi Police in identifying Dairy as the owner/driver of the vehicle and the suspect in this incident.

Dairy was subsequently transported to the Harrison County Adult Detention Center (HDADC) and incarcerated on a $100,000.00 bond imposed by Harrison County Justice Court Judge Albert Fountain.
