Arrested for uttering forgery
Biloxi police have arrested two men on charges of uttering forgery.
Eighteen-year-old Mark Lazar and 19-year-old Michael Earle of Biloxi were arrested at the Pass Road branch of Keesler Federal Credit Union after attempting to cash a stolen check for more than one thousand dollars. The check was stolen during a recent reported residential burglary.
Lazar is being held on a $5,000 bond while Earle’s bond was set at $10,000. Both suspects were transported to the Harrison County Jail.
