Arrest Warrants Issued in Pass Christian Mardi Gras Parade Shooting

On Friday April 1, 2016, Chief Timothy Hendricks announces an update from the ongoing investigation of the Davis Avenue shooting on February 7, 2016.

It is with great pride that we make public that the Pass Christian Police Department has secured arrest warrants for several individuals involved in the shooting. It has taken several hundred man hours of investigative work in conjunction with the cooperation of multiple law enforcement agencies to help bring justice for the families of the victims.

The results of the ongoing investigation and subsequent search warrants in the past several weeks have led to direct arrest warrants for the following individuals:

Malcolm Joseph Dedeaux of Gulfport for: (2) counts of 2nd Degree Murder, (3) counts of Aggravated Assault and (1) count of Possession of a Firearm after Felony Conviction.

Donald Dedeaux of Delisle for: (2) counts of 2nd Degree Murder and (3) counts of Aggravated Assault.

Jessie Lee Williams of Gulfport for: (2) counts of 2nd Degree Murder, (3) counts of Aggravated Assault and (1) count of Possession of a Firearm after Felony Conviction.

Jermaine Rashad Ratcliff of Gulfport for: (2) counts of 2nd Degree Murder, (3) counts of Aggravated Assault and (1) count of Possession of a Firearm after Felony Conviction.

Charles Earl Johnson of Gulfport for: Possession of a Firearm after a Felony Conviction.
