April’s Huntington Learning Center Teacher of the Month: Moss Point CTE’s Cynthia Harris
MOSS POINT, Miss. (WXXV) — Each month, WXXV and Huntington Learning Center team up to honor one outstanding educator in South Mississippi.
April’s Teacher of the Month is Moss Point Career and Technical Education welding instructor Cynthia Harris.
Harris was nominated by her co-worker Misti Stelljis.
“She goes above and beyond with her students, teaching them job skills and helping them make a place into the local workforce,” Stelljis wrote in her nomination. “Her mentorship does not end at graduation but helps the students guide their way in their early career.”
