Annual Harbor Lights Winter Festival

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas here on the Gulf Coast.

After a rain delay, the Harbor Lights Festival finally had its chance to shine. Saturday night was the season opening of the annual Harbor Lights Winter Festival.

Around 1,500 festive folks came out to see the event featuring an amazing light show that you can enjoy as a walking tour or by trolley. Visitors can also see Santa in his village or enjoy some local food.

If this holiday event sounds like something you want to do, event organizers suggest doing one thing before you go. Jase Payne with the City of Gulfport said, “If you are coming in on the weekend, online tickets would probably be best. We have the capability to into the line and scan their phones and scan their tickets and that will expedite that process a little bit.”
