Alabama murder suspect in court

The charges against an Alabama daycare worker have been upgraded in the death of five-year-old Kamden Johnson. The boy was found in some bushes Monday.
The daycare employee, Valerie Patterson, is now charged with manslaughter. Moments after her bond hearing began today, court officers restrained Demarcus Lymon and removed him from the courtroom.
Patterson had been charged with abuse of a corpse in the death of Kamden Johnson. He never showed up for school at Collier Elementary School Monday morning and a girl stumbled upon his body on her way home from school that afternoon.
Investigators still don’t know how Kamden died. The judge postponed today’s bond hearing until tomorrow.
