Afroman Convicted in Biloxi Court

Joseph Edgar Foreman, better known as Afroman, was in court today to face sentencing for assault charges.
These charges stem from the rap artist punching a woman while performing on stage at Kress Live back in February.
This morning, he pled guilty in Biloxi Municipal Court to the assault charges. Afroman’s sentencing includes six months of probation and must take mandatory anger management classes. His lawyer tells us he was pleased with the sentencing.
On Twitter, Afroman put out a statement: “Good ole’ Biloxi, Mississippi. No jail time, 6 months fro-bation.”
