A&A Store armed robbery arrest

Moss Point police have made an arrest in connection to an armed robbery in Moss Point Wednesday morning.

Sixteen-year-old Darius Bland has been charged as an adult, currently awaiting an initial court appearance in the Jackson County Jail.

Police responded to the A&A Convenience Store on Main Street around 1 a.m. Wednesday morning where authorities say several shots were fired between the victim and suspect.

The victim remains in critical, but stable condition.
