The Wellness Boutique officially opens in Gulfport

A brand new Gulfport business opened its doors for the first time today.

The Wellness Boutique officially welcomed in customers this morning for their grand opening. The locally owned store sells CBD oils, gummies, and many other hemp-based products. CBD is legal to buy with no restrictions or medical card.

Gulfport Chamber of Commerce CEO Adele Lyons tells News 25 that despite some people’s doubts of the product, the chamber is happy to support any local business that is interested in helping the community. “A new industry is always welcome in a community. Certainly from this standpoint, they’re looking from the wellness side and benefits. They have a lot of products that can really help people.”

Wellness Boutique Owner Dawn Duncan said, “Everyone is recognizing their importance and everyone is recognizing the potential that it does to have an optimal health. We just want to be a part of that. We want to be a part of the Coast community and show everyone what we know.”

The Wellness Boutique will be open Tuesdays through Fridays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
