Ole Miss College World Series trophy coming to MGM Park

Ole Miss is continuing its College World Series championship party with a couple of stops on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

On Friday, July 29th, Ole Miss will bring the precious hardware to MGM Park for a Biloxi Shuckers home game against the Montgomery Biscuits.

First pitch is set for 6:35 p.m.

The Rebels are less than a month removed from winning their first national title, sweeping Oklahoma in the championship series.

As a part of the school’s ‘Tour of Champions,’ the trophy will be making 13 stops with MGM Park serving as stop number 10, following an 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. stop at the Mississippi Aquarium in Gulfport on the same day.

Ole Miss alum Thomas Dillard currently plays for the Shuckers.

The tour runs July 25th through August 1st.
