Arrested for burglary

Early this morning, Biloxi police caught and arrested a man attempting to steal a car.

Police say James Travis Owens fled the scene still in possession of some items taken from the vehicle.

He was quickly captured soon after and was taken to the Harrison County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
