Prayers for Patton Benefit

Prayer warriors were out in full force this evening at the Blow Fly Inn in Gulfport for the ‘Prayers for Patton’ benefit.

You may remember Patton Tillman, who was critically injured in an ATV accident on January 20th. He has been fighting for his life at the children’s hospital in Mobile ever since. ‘Prayers for Patton’ has become a movement with t-shirts, wrist bands, and ribbons.

The proceeds from tonight’s benefit went directly to Patton’s family for medical bills. The family says Patton’s recovery has been remarkable and it’s all thanks to their faith. Patton’s grandfather, Lucas Tillman, said, “I just believe that what it is is the children of God are all just coming in one accord and lifting him up so much. I mean, the prayers are just flooding Heaven and I believe God is just answering these prayers.”

“The Holy Ghost is with him and he is going to get better very, very soon.” “God is with Patton. Everybody pray for him.”

If you would like to donate to help Patton, they have a GoFundMe setup. You can find that here.
