Arrested for burglary and sexual battery

The Biloxi Police Department arrested 18-year-old Fairade Solomon Mitchell of Pascagoula for Burglary of an occupied dwelling and Sexual Battery.

The incident occurred in the 300 block of Magnolia Street in Biloxi.  Mitchell forced his way into a residence and sexually assaulted the homeowner.

Mitchell was arrested by Biloxi Patrol Officers after fleeing the scene. Justice Court Judge Albert Fountain issued the warrants totaling $125,000.00 bond. Mitchell was taken to the Harrison County Jail.
