OSHA fined New Orleans power company over June 2021 lineman death

New from our media partner the Sun Herald, OSHA has fined Entergy Power Company in New Orleans over the June 2021 death of a lineman.
Bay St. Louis resident Cayce Seal worked as an Entergy lineman and suffered an electric shock on the same day reported in OSHA’s investigation.
The investigation has found Entergy responsible for three violations and fined the company $40,959.
The investigation has not been closed and more violations could be added or deleted according to the report.
Seal was wrapping a power pole with a cover when he touched a phase line with his arm, being killed when he was electrocuted.
