Several accidents during rain on I-10

The wet weather and slick roads could have been responsible for several wrecks today.

Around noon today, after heavy rainfall, a vehicle slid off of Interstate 10 west near Exit 34 in Gulfport. No serious injuries in this accident.

Traffic on I-10 was backed up before the accident scene was cleared.
