Man Dead After Drowning

A Gautier man is now dead after he fell of a jet ski in Biloxi Sunday afternoon.

Harrison County Coroners offices have identified the man as 22 year old Donald Broadnax III from Gautier.

Broadnax was jet skiing with friends when his jet ski tipped over when it hit a wave, he then corrected it and tried to get back on the jet ski and experienced a medical issue while in the water and drowned.

A medical response team began performing CPR on him and was transported to merit health in Biloxi and later died.

He was wearing a life jacket.

He also had a female passenger on the back of the Jet Ski with him who was transported to merit health and was treated for minor injuries.
