Charged With Aggravated Assault

Biloxi police say a disgruntled customer returned to the Winn-Dixie on Pass Road with a gun after being kicked out of the store Saturday night.

23-year-old Kelvin Lewis Junior is charged with aggravated assault after firing a handgun at a Winn-Dixie employee.

Lewis was located and arrested a short while later.
The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Lewis was taken to the Harrison County Jail and is being held on 250-thousand dollar bond.
