Armed Robbery Arrest

Gulfport police arrested 26-year-old Melvin Fennell of Sumrall, Mississippi. He is charged with armed robbery, tampering with evidence and false information.
According to Gulfport police, this morning at 2:10, Fennell robbed the Exxon gas station located on 30th Avenue wearing a mask.
Long Beach police located his vehicle and he was placed under arrest. He is now at the Harrison County Adult Detention Facility. His bond is set at $260,000.
