FCSO Arrests Mississippi Man in Sex Sting

A Biloxi man was arrested Wednesday after allegedly driving to Conway, Arkansas to meet up with who he thought was a 13-year-old girl for sexual intercourse.

The Cabin Democrat reports that a Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office confirmed pending additional charges against 43-year-old Kristopher Dale Thomas following statements made while Thomas spoke with an undercover investigator. During the investigation, Thomas told the undercover agent that he previously had sexual intercourse with a 12-year-old girl. he then sent a photo of the girl to the investigators profile. Thomas is currently being held in the Faulkner County jail in lieu of a $50,000 bond on an internet stalking of a child charge.
