Texas Task Force stops in Gulfport

A task force from Texas is on their way to help out Florida in the wake of Hurricane Irma.
On their way to the Florida Keys, Trinity Bay Tactical Task Force made a stop in Gulfport today. The crew was carrying donations, equipment, and supplies to help Hurricane Irma victims.
The task force tells News 25 seeing the devastation in Texas after Hurricane Harvey, they know what to expect and are ready to help. “Houses are just gone. People are just gone. They have nothing left.” “Trying to clear road ways, trying to clear houses out.”
The group from Texas plans on starting search and rescue missions as soon as they reach their destination.
