Keesler Air Force Base is sharing that their Military Training Leader School has officially relocated to Matero Hall after months of renovations.
That work lasted for over 18 months.
A ribbon cutting was hosted on Monday. Leaders from the 81st Training Wing and 81st Training Group celebrated the milestone.
More than a dozen students are already attending classes at the location. More than 450 leaders are trained each year, they go on to mentor and develop airmen at 45 training locations across the country.
With the new location, Keesler says they are looking ahead to streamline training processes and strengthen the development of military training leaders.
