6/24 – Rob’s “Hot & Humid” Summer Weekend Forecast

As high-pressure dominates the region…the mercury will continue to climb through the weekend. With the humidity poised to return to the gulf south…the HEAT INDICES will play a factor for the 1st weekend of summer…between 100-105°. Lack of rain as the atmosphere will be suppressed, will continue through Sunday afternoon when ONLY a slight chance for an afternoon shower/t-storms will be possible. Rain potential will increase next week as high-pressure will break down and retrograde to the west. STAY SAFE, STAY HYDRATED and enjoy the weekend.
