Ryan’s “Heat Advisory” Friday Forcast

With today’s heat advisory still in effect until 7 PM tonight, coastal residents should still be cautious if spending prolonged time outside as Friday comes to a close. We’ll see another warm, humid night tonight with mostly cloudy skies and a 30% chance of showers, mostly in the early morning hours of Saturday. Once the weekend begins, we’ll see cooler, but still very hot temperatures, near 92, with afternoon showers and thunderstorms likely. The cloudy, humid, and potentially rainy conditions will continue through Sunday with some effects still being felt as late as Monday morning. Once the front passes completely, we’ll see clearer skies, more sunshine, and some slightly drier conditions initially, but the heat and humidity will quickly return. Don’t forget that Sunday is Father’s Day and Summer officially begins overnight Monday, right around 12:24 am on June 21st.
