Overnight lows will remain in the mid to upper 70s. Monday will bring plenty of sunshine, with afternoon highs around 91. Humidity will make it feel much hotter, with heat index values near 103. Clear skies continue Monday night, with lows once again settling in the mid to upper 70s.

Tuesday is expected to be the hottest day of the week, with highs climbing into the mid to upper 90s. Heat index values could reach as high as 110 in some locations.

By midweek, the chance for heavy rain and a few strong thunderstorms returns. Some storms could produce locally heavy rainfall and gusty winds.
