Armed Robbery Leads To High Speed Chase

Three teenagers were arrested after an attempt to elude police officers following an armed robbery leading to a car crash.
Police say a call reported an armed robbery in the area of Division Street and Lameuse Street shortly before 11:30 Friday night.
The victim says as he was walking in the area three males got out of their vehicle, pointed their guns at him and demanded money.
Within minutes officers were chasing the possible suspect vehicle down Beach Boulevard.
A crash ended the chase near Cowan Road and Highway 90 and only minor injuries were reported.
Police say the occupants of the car, 17 years old Terry Preston Junior, 17 years old Isavian Preston, and another 17 years old male who’s name is withheld were all arrested and charged with armed robbery.
Terry Preston was also charged with felony eluding.
