Water rescues at Red Creek in Stone County

STONE COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- Multiple water rescues have taken place along the Red Creek in Stone County Thursday.

These are pictures of the Mississippi Highway Patrol showing those rescues in action today.

Highway 49 at Red Creek has been closed for much of the day due to dangerous water levels in that area.
