Harrison County summer meals start; bulk meal pickup full, daily service ongoing

HARRISON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- Monday was the first day of the Harrison County School District’s summer meal program and school district leaders are sharing an update on a new component of the program.

The bulk meal pickup option has reached capacity this year due to overwhelming public response and is closed to registrations.

Daily free breakfast and lunches through the district’s traditional cafeteria service and mobile dining trailer will continue operating as scheduled from now through July 17.
