Drug arrests made in Pearl River County

PEARL RIVER COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- The Pearl River County Sheriff’s Department announce the arrests of two people, Jayce Phelps and Elizabeth Levron.

On March 2, the narcotics division was patrolling when they spotted Phelps on the street. Phelps had an outstanding warrant for the sale of narcotics. He was searched and found with meth, a digitals scale, and marijuana.

While dealing with Phelps, a car driven by Levron drove up, investigators recognizing her from Operation County Sweep. Deputies searched her car and found meth, paraphernalia, and baggies.

Both were taken to the Pearl River County Correctional Facility.
