Victim identified in fatal vehicle-train collision in Biloxi

BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)-One person is dead after a collision between a train and a truck in Biloxi Friday.

According to Biloxi Police, a truck was crossing the tracks at the Oak Street crossing in Biloxi when it was hit by a train.

Biloxi PD also says that video from a camera in the area appears to show the driver of the truck going around the crossing arms.

The Harrison County Coroner has identified the victim as 57 year old William Goodwin of Gulfport.
