Texas man arrested on drug charges after Harrison County deputies seize 8.8 pounds of cocaine

HARRISON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- A Texas man is charged after Harrison County sheriff’s deputies seized 8.8 pounds of cocaine during a traffic stop on Interstate 10.

On March 11, a deputy with the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Interdiction division and an agent with U.S. Border Patrol carried out a traffic stop on a Jeep Wagoneer for a traffic violation on I-10 in Biloxi.

The driver of the vehicle was identified as Norbert Henry Jr. from Houston, Texas.

During the search, the deputies found the cocaine, which was hidden in the vehicle.

Henry was booked into Harrison County jail and charged with trafficking cocaine.
