MDOT reminds drivers to check air in spare tire

The Mississippi Department of Transportation is taking time to remind drivers to check the amount of air in their spare tire.

With the temperatures changing so much, it’s not a matter of if your spare will deflate, but when.

MDOT says the perfect time to check your spare is when changing clocks for Daylight Saving Time.

Officials say that taking a few minutes can save you a headache down the road.
