3/8 – Brynne’s “Foggy Night” Evening Forecast

A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect from 1 a.m. Monday until 9 a.m for all of South Mississippi. A Marine Dense Fog Advisory for the Mississippi Sound and coastal waters will last until noon Monday.

Sunday night stays mostly cloudy with calm winds and patchy dense fog developing late. Lows around 65. By Monday morning, areas of dense fog may linger before gradually clearing. A little bit of sunshine will creep out Monday afternoon with highs in the upper 70s or low 80s. There’s a slight chance of a few showers and thunderstorms with light southeast winds becoming south at 5 to 10 mph. Mostly cloudy conditions return Monday night with lows around 67 and a chance of fog redeveloping.
