Final day to donate to March of the Mayors food drive

Today is the last day for you to donate food to the annual March of the Mayors food drive here on the Coast.

Over the past month, South Mississippi cities have collected specific food items as part of this statewide initiative led by Extra Table.

The food items collected across the six South Mississippi counties will meet the specific needs of Coast food pantries.

Volunteers will gather at the Lyman Community Center Friday morning for a packing party to pack up all the donated items and distribute them to food pantries.
